My Name Is Snickerdoodle: Needless to say...

Needless to say...

Well, yesterday was National Scrapbooking Day and it was a busy one. I had a church meeting first thing in the morning, then I had to hurry home to decorate two cakes (to be delivered later that evening). Once I washed off all the powdered sugar that went everywhere (I have a tendency to overload my kitchen aid...hence flying sugar) I had to rush to the store to set up my make and takes at noon. Cammi came over because she was cover a story about some of the LSS for NSD and took my picture. So maybe it will be in the local paper! I was really excited to share the projects with millions, but unfortunately, only about 20 ladies came over a 4 hour period. Oddly enough they liked the make and take that I liked the least, but sometimes that happens. I did meet some really nice ladies and had a couple good laughs. I kept pushing all the classes so I hope more people sign up for them. Once 4 rolled around, I was racing home to get ready for our Seis De Mayo party...the gang couldn't get together on Friday. Jenn and Randy made the most delicious grilled honey lime chicken that got turned into quesadillas. I am still craving them today. To bad we didn't have leftovers. Ian and I ended staying til 1 am playing Settlers of Catan...or "Setlrs" if you are playing with the Meyers! So needless to say, I didn't do any scrapbook for NSD, but I did enjoy the day. Even if it was a busy one!
I did get some super fun pictures of our Seis De Mayo Celebration!
