Ian is a wonderful picture taker...I have been talking him up for years! He has a couple of shoots with some families in our church and I am so excited for him. Ian gets really nervous, but he ALWAYS does a great job. I personally think he does even a better job when shooting people other than us...because I am his assistant and can hold the reflector!!! Timer is a great feature, but sometimes it's hard to get a fabulous shot of the two of us. Last night's pictures came pretty close to being perfect (in my biased oppinion! It was a little windy so it made it difficult for my hair to stay in place and for our make shift reflector to stop blowing away. Here are the digital pictures that we took and I cannot wait to get the actual film pictures back...one day we will have a fully loaded digi! Click on them to enlarge
It kinda looks like an engagement picture!!!
My totally hot handsome husband!
I love the arm extended shots, but I was a dork and had it zoomed in!
I need to fix the coloring a bit, but this is one of my favs
Ian rebelling at my classic arm extended pictures!
This picture is appropriately titled...Ian's Heart Attack. I set up the tripod on the tiniest little bench that the legs were practically right next to one another. I told Ian not to worry, that the wind would NOT blow our camera into the watery pond...I was wrong...luckily I caught it within inches of the scum! Too bad the picture didn't capture our panicked faces! That would have been hilarious!
This is the picture I was trying to get, but this time Ian set up the tripod. I don't see much of a difference between the two pictures!!!
