Okay...I think I have hit the all time most ridiculous mood swing. Atleast for myself. Friday I woke up so hungry. My stomach was rumbling a "the baby is eating me from the inside" rumbling. There was nothing to eat...well nothing good atleast. I satisfied the grumbling with a bowl of cereal. An hour later I was hungry again and was sad because I knew there was still nothing upstairs. If I would have had a car, I would have gone to get something, but no luck. As the day went on, I got super grumpy. Ian called me late afternoon to talk and asked me what was wrong. I just mumbled that I was really grumpy and then started to cry because I was so hungry. I had eaten, but nothing that was great. He lovingly laughed at me and said he would pick me up something on the way home. I told him he didn't have enough money for what I wanted...from 5 different restuarants! I sucked it up and tried to get over it. I wasn't very successful. My mom later that night ended up taking me to Macey's and literally said get what ever you want on her. I felt like I got one of everything, including a pumpkin pie and whipped cream. Surprisingly enough some of it has still lasted till today!
That just started our weekend off right. We cleaned out our storage room and got rid of some empty boxes and old things we didn't need anymore. It looks so much better. We also went with my parents to Park City and spent the day shopping at World Market and at the outlet malls. I discovered the Carter's store! We bought a huge bag of baby clothes and my mom bought an equally big bag of pink items. SO CUTE!!!!! Still crossing our fingers it's a girl! Good thing for 90 day purchase returns. And since it's tradition (for 6 years now) we got a bottle of Sparkling Pear Juice from Harry and Davids (THE BEST!). We ate lunch at Red Rock and chowed down on the best onion rings. On the way up we stopped at Sundance and took some pictures. It was gorgeous and I still can't believe there is snow in the mountains, but I was really hoping it would have been more fall colors. We are going to try again next weekend. (I would post pictures, but blogger keeps timing me out so I don't know what's up!)
Then once I thought all the fun was over for the weekend, the crib came on Monday! My dad and a friend picked it up and now it's sitting in a box, screaming for Ian to put it up. I know we still have 5 months, but you really never can be too prepared, right?
