My Name Is Snickerdoodle: Have you heard of the all girl band called RAJ?

Have you heard of the all girl band called RAJ?

Of course you haven't because it was just a dream between 3 girls. I love this picture of two of my best friends, Jennifer and Rachel. It was taken on our 2nd trip to Cheesecake Factory before I moved. We have been "sisters" since high school. Both of them moved to Pleasant Grove their junior year and I was a senior. Rachel became Jenn's locker buddy and Jenn was in my ward. We all pretty much clicked right away. It's so funny to see how far we have come as individuals and as a whole. Over time (13 years) we have ...

hung out till all hours of the night/morning
"rented" videos from Jenn's work (Firehouse Video) during those hours of the night
been to Cali and body surfed
given flowers from stranger boys while dragin' state street
eaten 100 lbs of chicken nachos from Los Hermanos
Listen to thousands of hours of really loud music in the Bug, Mazda, and Hornet
Cried too many tears over stupid boys
Because of those stupid boys Rachel and I went to England without Jenn...she didn't realize that boy was stupid yet.
Belonged to the VL (Virgin Lip club) I was the President, Rachel was VP and Jenn...wasn't invited to join since she didn't meet the requirements!
Driven many miles on the Happy Road
Choreographed a "dance" to a certain Pheona Apple song
Have had only had one fight (serious!)
Broke up with those stupid boys
Danced many nights away at Omni in Provo
Talked about moving out together several times and never did...sorry, Jenn!
Started to grow up
Drifted apart because of life experiences
Became closer together because of life experiences
Got married
Had kids
Scrapbook together

The husbands and kids, just make it all the more fun to hang out together!

So here is my shout out to my girls. *It may come as a shock to you for those of you who know me...I was totally into 90's angry girl music.
