My Name Is Snickerdoodle: It's a love, love relationship.

It's a love, love relationship.

This little boy became attached to his blanket around 10 months old. Ever since then it is a must for naps and rides in the car. The only public place I take it is to church. I made my first quilt mistake by washing it over nap time. I will never do that again. When ever his blanket is in eye site Liam's two fingers go right into his mouth. That is the only time he sucks them and it's adorable. Since we moved here I have tried to keep his blanket in his room. He is already attached enough that I really don't want him to drag it around with him when he's 12. Today was an exception...I put Finding Nemo on for the first time for him and he loved it. He leaned up against the pillow I set up and snuggled with his blankey. We really try to not have him watch TV, but I am sure that will change with the second kid! Everyone needs a comfort and it makes me feel so good that I made this (with help from Ian) for him to love!

  2. You have always liked your blankey and your two fingers. Your mom said you liked Finding Nemo. Grandma likes that too. You are too cute. We love you so much.

  4. How sweet does he look with his blankey?? He's getting so big!

My younger dd would go everywhere with her blankey if I let her, but we have a rule that it stays in her room--which she's been good about.
