My Name Is Snickerdoodle: I have some good news and...

I have some good news and...

some good news! Well, one of them really isn't good news, per say, but it is good...great...fantastic! No, I am not pregnant. Ian had flowers delivered to me yesterday. He said he had a surprise for me that was being delivered and made me guess all Friday night what I thought it might be. Now, flowers might not seem like a lot to some of you, but I LOVE flowers. These flowers were especially wonderful because they came from my favorite florist. I wish they had a website that I could send you to, but they don't have one. It's Enchanted Florist in Fort Worth, if you are in the neighborhood. What's kinda funny is that I have never gotten any flowers from them ever. I have just seen arrangements that other friends have gotten and we have used them to send flowers to other people. I am so enamored by their talent. Everyone has their good and bad days and it seems like I had one too many. Ian clued in on it and did what every fantastic husband would do. Make their wife truly smile...and cry tears of happiness! I am so blessed to have a man in my life that unconditionally loves me. I waited a long time for him and when I look back, it was totally worth the wait. He is perfect for me and I will love his always! Aren't these GORGEOUS??!!

So my second good news is that one of my best friends, Rachel, surprised me as well yesterday and said that she is going to come out Monday (tomorrow) and visit us with her baby girl. Just a quick visit, but a great one I am sure of. She is a flight attendant and likes to get good use out of her perks! I am super excited to see her again. I asked her what she would like to do and she replied, "If all we do is just hang out at your house and talk Twilight, I will be happy!" Sounds good to me. The only thing that makes that better is Chick-fil-a is just down the street! We are lovers of the heavenly goodness! Did I mention that I was excited?
