Fudge, delicious fudge!

I was reminded about this fabulous recipe when my cousin, Jackie, posted it on her blog. It's her mom's. When my aunt made it a couple years back (when she came for Thanksgiving) it was half gone within 5 minutes....and she made a whole cookie sheet worth! So when I saw it on Jackie's blog, I knew I wanted to make it this year. I have nightmares about making confections, but this is super easy and delish! It's the best!

Fudge Recipe
12 oz. Nestle's Semi-sweet chocolate chips
9.5 oz Hershey's chocolate bar
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 1/2 sticks of butter
3 tsp. Vanilla extract
12 oz. evaporated milk
4 1/2 cups sugar
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, with chocolate broken apart. Combine milk and sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir constantly and boil for 7 minutes. Pour milk and sugar over chocolate and stir until melted and mixed well. Pour into 13x9 buttered pan. Let cool and enjoy!

I made the mistake and started off with a medium size pot. It quickly started to boil over so make sure you use a large pot!

I would post a picture, but Ian is on an all day photo shoot and has the camera. Yay for him!!!

Lol! I forgot to add that it comes up really fast, so you need a bigger pan!
