Book Giveaway!

I have really gotten into reading this last year. I loved reading as a kid and my all time favorite series was The Babysitter's Club. I so wanted to be Stacy! I had every single of of them up until 72 and then most of the super specials. It kills me that right before I got married, my mom and I were going through all my things and I THREW THEM AWAY!!! I didn't donate them or even try to sell them. What was I thinking? I wish I had them for my future little girl so she could read them some day. UGG!

Anyways, I have talked about this little book here and here because I love it so much. Well, I happen to have two copies so I want to give one away to you!

Just leave a comment here and tell me what your all time favorite book is! I will leave this open till next Monday the 31st!

  3. Oh man....can't believe you threw those all away! Oh well...huh, nothing you can do about it now. I read those too when I was a girl...and Sweet Valley high. :) This book looks fun. I guess my all time favorite book is Can You Keep a Secret by Sophie Kinsella...it's light and fun though...nothing deep. :)

  4. well, you know i'm all "dark and twisty" when it come to my books soooooooo I would say my fave right now is "The Shadow of The Wind". I've read it a few times and everytime I cry and laugh and get scared and yeah, it's a good one. but it is kinda dark so not for everyone. Jenn read it though and enjoyed it so I guess that says something! she didn't think it was too dark. LOL :)

  6. I used to want to be Dawn from Babysitters Club! Loved Goosebumps and Fear Street too :)
I don't know if I can pick one favorite book! I love so many. If I had to choose, though...I'd say Cane River by Lalita Tademy. It pulls you in!

  9. I've been sitting here trying to think of my all time favorite book, and I can't do it. I love so many books. I love romantic mysteries the best like: (Twilight, Emeralds & Espionage, Hearts in Hiding, or Shadow Song--my mom's favorite when she was younger) I also love young adult books like (Harry Potter, Fablehaven, and The Giver). Sorry, I can't think of just one.

  15. So I am a blogstalker! Love your blog. And I have to post here because I LOVED The Babysitter's Club as a kid too! And I also dreamed of being Stacy! Awesome. And I have to agree that it is criminal you threw them away. It's so funny because I keep hoping that my daughter gets to read them one day too. My favorite book would have to be Can You Keep A Secret? by Sophie Kinsella. It always makes me laugh.

  16. I already read AUSTENLAND loved it, so don't pick me, but my all time favorite book is THE HIDING PLACE by Corrie Ten Boom. It is the only book (besides scripture) that I have read multiple times. Plus, every time I read it, I still have the same feelings of awe and suspense even though I know what is coming. It reminds me that God is very real and aware of the most minute parts of life, and that an individual can enjoy and create goodness in a world of chaos. (It's a true story.) On a side note, I love this post because I have now filled up my "next books to read" list. Thanks, Amy.
