Easter Bunny Tail Trail Mix

Easter Bunny Tail Trail Mix is one of the easiest treats to assemble.  It’s no bake and can be shared as an after school snack or a holiday dessert.

If you have followed me for any length of time you know that I love to recreate recipes or dishes that I’ve fallen in love with.  Just like when I created this copy cat recipe for Disney’s Jack Jack Cookie Num Nums!

A few years ago Target came out with a holiday trail mix and I just couldn’t hand over the amount of cash for such a small portion.

I went up and down the Easter isle and decided to create my own trail mix. Only one ingredient was found in the holiday isle. The rest I found in the snack section of the store. I truly loved the pastel Easter Peanut M&Ms and loved it even more I was getting a two for one with the candy. Both chocolate and nuts!

My boys LOVED this Easter mix! It makes plenty so we shared it with friends, too.

I called it Bunny Tail Trail mix, because the little mini marshmallows reminded me of little bunny tails. It all went together perfectly with the bunny graham crackers and yogurt covered raisins.

You truly could anything you wanted to this mix. If you have children, let them help you in the kitchen. They can each pour an ingredient into the bowl and then have them help you stir it.

This would be packaged up in clear cello bags and tied with some cute ribbon. You could pass it out to neighbors or give as a simple teacher gift!
