Okay…looking back on that day, it truly wasn’t that bad, but when you are in the moment, it sure seems horrible. Enough about that…even thought the ice cream was divine! And no, I did not eat all four gallons…just a huge bowl of chocolate and strawberry!
Ever since I saw in a Creating Keepsakes magazine that Ali Edwards had a huge collection of the letter ‘A’ I knew I wanted to start one of my own. Ever since I was little I have loved my name. I mean LOVED IT! Anything that had my name on it, I had to have. Once of my fondest memories is when I was about 9 years old and my Aunt Lisa and I used to write letters back and forth. (Yes actual mail that you had to put a stamp on…remember those?) She once sent me a stack of stationary that had my name on it! I thought I was the coolest. When I used that paper, I was extra careful to use my prettiest handwriting.
Anyways, back to the a’s. I mentioned this to Ian and he got right on it without me even knowing. We were at Bed, Bath and Beyond picking up some things and when we got to the check out, he pulls out this black letter A from no where and shows it to me with a big smile on his face like a cat that has just caught a mouse. He has actually bought most of my a’s for me as little tokens of his affection. He’s wonderful like that. So here is my little growing collection of the most fabulous letter in the alphabet!

NO, I’ve only read like 10 pages, because Camille always steals it. (Camille is such a stealer. haha.) But, so far it seems pretty good. Have you read it?
