You all know (because I blog about it so much) that friendship is so important to me. I was so touched when Rachel called me and told me she and Jenn were flying out to visit me and come to my Twilight party! Rachel was bringing her little daughter who is a year younger than Liam. She was so enthralled with him. Every time Liam would leave the room she would cry. Any time he would come into her eye site she would get so excited! Liam would give her kisses and she would try to bite him. Typical girl! They were so cute together. Rachel and Jenn were such a great help that I couldn’t have gotten everything I wanted to do without them. Friday night we took them to Pappasitos and made ourselves sick with eating too many fabulous fajitas. They were supposed to fly out Sunday morning, but the earliest was booked (they were on standby) so they tried to go out that afternoon. It was a good change because Ian and I were asked to talk in church that morning so they got to come. And lucky enough for me that afternoon flight was booked up as well so had to stay until Monday. We took a couple trips down memory lane, listened to music, talked Twilight and just laughed about everything. I loved having them come and hope that we can do it again soon!!!

An update on the home front…A couple of days before they came Liam caught some stomach virus and was throwing up everything. I couldn’t get him to eat anything…all he wanted to do was guzzle down water. Well, then he would throw it all up. I called the nurse and she said that something was going around and there really was nothing they could do about it. Luckily it was only a 24 hour thing so he was over it by the time the weekend rolled around. Then, Sunday after we spoke in church Ian said he wasn’t feeling well and took a 4 hour nap. He woke up with the stomach thing and went back to bed. I was just crossing my fingers that I wasn’t going to get it. And I didn’t!!! HOWEVER, Monday afternoon I started to feel sicky aches and pains and now have a cold. I slept all yesterday and went to bed early last night. I am still feeling yucky this morning, but not as bad. I really, really hate being sick!!!

how cute are those pics?!?!? When Madison was 1 (I remember because it was on her bday) she got a terrible stomach bug. I remember having to feed her pedialyte a teaspoon every ten minutes. It broke my heart to see her begging for more!
