I have new goals

One little new one is to read a new book every month till the end of the year. Not that it will take that long to read, but I wanted to pace myself since I had a million other goals I wan to accomplish. Well, I picked up this book over the weekend…and finished it over the weekend. She is the same author as Austenland, which quickly became my top 5th favorite book…any guesses which are the top 4? I was waiting for this book to come out for a while so I kept checking my library for availability. It was still being shipped when the stores had it out for a week already. I was tempted to go and buy it, but luckily enough the library finally got it in and I was the first one to get it. What a facinating different story! I laughed within the first 5 pages and cried a few times throughout. It didn’t end the way I thought (or wanted), but seriously a very fun and great story. I highly suggest it for a light summer read!

I have also been trying to make reading more of a priority. I told Mark just last night that if I were going to start a book club I would want to start one with you cause we would enjoy the same books and there would always be something yummy to snack on as well! Thanks for sharing!

good goal!! our book club is going pretty well. we've read two books and are reading two this month alone! it's kinda fun to have a group that recommends books I know I'll like, you know? 🙂 you should start a book club there! i know you'd love it.

I have been trying to keep myself away from the book store so I WON'T buy that book! I am making myself finish the two books sitting on my nightstand before I add another one to the pile! I am almost done with "The Host" and then I am onto "The Witching Hour".

My mom keeps telling me that I need to read her books. Now that I know you like them, I'll have to give them a try!
