  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Green Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 pkt Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dip
  • 1 Whole Jalapeno Fresh
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Whole Garlic Clove


  • In a food processor combine sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and green enchilada sauce until smooth.
  • Remove stem from jalapeno and cut lengthwise down the center. If you don't want your dip to be super spicy, remove the seeds and membrane with a knife.
  • Remove stems from cilantro leaves.
  • Add in ranch mix, cut jalapeno, cilantro and garlic to the food processor and pulse until well combined.
  • Pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • This taste better when it's been chilled for 4 hours or more.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
