Jalapeno Ranch Dip
Jalapeno Ranch Dip is a simple dip recipe that is super creamy and herbs. It also has a spicy kick from the fresh jalapenos.

- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3/4 Cup Green Enchilada Sauce
- 1 pkt Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dip
- 1 Whole Jalapeno Fresh
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 1 Whole Garlic Clove
In a food processor combine sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and green enchilada sauce until smooth.
Remove stem from jalapeno and cut lengthwise down the center. If you don't want your dip to be super spicy, remove the seeds and membrane with a knife.
Remove stems from cilantro leaves.
Add in ranch mix, cut jalapeno, cilantro and garlic to the food processor and pulse until well combined.
Pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
This taste better when it's been chilled for 4 hours or more.
Serve with tortilla chips.
