Pomegranate Salad Dressing

Pomegranate Salad Dressing is made with just 5 ingredients. Pomegranate juice, honey, mustard, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This recipe is a little tart with a hint of sweetness! Blend it all together and pour over any salad.

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Freshly Cracked


  • In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute. Mixture will start to get creamy.
  • If you don't have a blender you can combine all the ingredients in a quart size mason jar. Place the lid tightly on top and vigorously shake for 1 minute or until dressing is creamy.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
