Place 18 frozen dinner rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap.
Thaw at room temperature for 2 hours.
Wrap the bottom of a 6" glass or ceramic bowl with foil.
In a 12" cast iron skillet place foiled lined bowl in the center. Remove bowl, but leave the foil in place.
Cut each roll in half.
With your fingers, flatten out one half and place a pepperoni slice and pearl mozzarella in the center.
Wrap dough around filling and pinch it closed.
Starting at the outer edge of the cast iron pan, place the dough ball (pinch side down). You will create two rows of rings with the remaining dough and filling.
Preheat your oven to 375 and let the dough rest for 10 minutes with the oven is heating.
Bake for 20 minutes
While your pizza bites are baking, mix together your melted butter and garlic powder.
Remove pan from the oven and take out the foil bowl.
Brush bites with butter mixture then sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.
Place bake in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
Add your original glass bowl to the center and mix together the Alfredo sauce and pizza sauce. The warmth from the pan with heat up your dipping sauce slightly.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
