I standby that statement and here’s why.

If you’re someone who is not satisfied with the weight you are currently at, don’t feel peer pressured to eat a salad at lunch with your friends.

Order whatever sounds good to you.
If it’s a cheeseburger and fries. Get it.
Fried chicken with 3 sauces. Get it.
BLT with extra bacon and avocado. Get it.
And if you really want the salad. Get it.

Don’t sit there pretending to like the salad because it’s going to feel more like a punishment for all the choices that led you to be the weight you’re not happy with. Then the guilt will set in. Then that guilt transforms into shame and guess what?

After you’ve eaten that salad with your friends, on your way home you’re going to stop off at your guilty pleasure drive thru and try to eat those feelings away.

So, get those foods that you love. But change one thing. Get half of it to take home. Go on a walk afterwards. Park a little further away. Skip the bread basket before your meal.

From me to you, only get the salad because you love yourself. Not because you hate yourself.

Let the best version of yourself be your biggest cheerleader.

I just heard someone say this and I totally disagree.

It’s ALWAYS mac and cheese season!

This recipe is no joke with over 2 pounds of cheese.

Comment CHEESE and the recipe will come right to you!

Being a mom of 3 teenage boys I actually make four of these at a time and keep them on hand in the freezer.

It’s a simple quiche recipe with ham and cheese. It reheats really well and fast in the morning time. They love it for breakfast and even an after school snack.

I know that some will argue this isn’t an actual recipe because it’s made with chicken breast and a sauce you can keep in your pantry or fridge.

All I know is that my family requests this a few times a month and everyone who’s made it has it on repeat as well.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken is the easiest dinner recipe you can make. We serve ours over rice or noodles with a veg on the side.
