1/2CupButterCold and Cubed
1/2CupBrown Sugar
1/2CupGranulated Sugar
1LargeEgg
1 1/2tspPure Vanilla Extract
1/2tspBaking Powder
1/4tspBaking Soda
Pinch of Salt
2TBSPCornstarch
1 1/4CupsAll Purpose Flour
3/4CupMilk Chocolate Chips
1/2CupSemi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly spray 10″ ceramic cast iron pan.
In a large stand mixer cream together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Add in egg and vanilla and beat well.
Mix in baking powder, baking soda, salt, cornstarch and flour until just blended.
Add in chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
Spread evenly into skillet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the middle is slightly gooey. Do not over bake.
