1CupSour Cream
1/2CupMayonnaise
1/2CupMilk
3/4CupGreen Enchilada Sauce
1PktHidden Valley Dry Ranch Dip
1Whole Jalapeno Fresh
1Bunch Cilantro
1Whole Garlic ClovePeeled
Instructions
In a food processor combine sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and green enchilada sauce until smooth.
Remove stem from jalapeno and cut lengthwise down the center. If you don't want your dip to be super spicy, remove the seeds and membrane with a knife before adding.
Remove stems from cilantro leaves.
Add in ranch mix, cut jalapeno, cilantro and garlic to the food processor and pulse until well combined.
Pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
