20 Rhodes Dinner Rolls 1/2 Cup Butter 5 Whole Garlic Cloves Finely Minced 2 TBSP Fresh Parsley Finely Chopped 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly Shredded
Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking oil and place 20 frozen rolls evenly apart.
Thaw on the counter for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl melt butter and garlic together for 45 seconds in the microwave or until butter is just melted.
Brush the bottom and sides of a 12 inch cast iron skillet with garlic butter.
Add parsley to the remaining butter, stir to combine and set aside.
Cut each dough ball in half and place in an even layer in the bottom of the pan.
Evenly sprinkle shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Pour garlic butter over cheese and be sure to disperse it as evenly as possible.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Best served hot.
