Cheesy Garlic Skillet Bread is super tender and only 6 ingredients. Sprinkled with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. It's then drizzled with garlic herb butter and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 20 Rhodes Dinner Rolls
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 5 Whole Garlic Cloves Finely Minced
  • 2 TBSP Fresh Parsley Finely Chopped
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly Shredded

Instructions

  • Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking oil and place 20 frozen rolls evenly apart.
  • Thaw on the counter for 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl melt butter and garlic together for 45 seconds in the microwave or until butter is just melted.
  • Brush the bottom and sides of a 12 inch cast iron skillet with garlic butter.
  • Add parsley to the remaining butter, stir to combine and set aside.
  • Cut each dough ball in half and place in an even layer in the bottom of the pan.
  • Evenly sprinkle shredded parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  • Pour garlic butter over cheese and be sure to disperse it as evenly as possible.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Best served hot.
