Cake Batter Muddy Buddies
These Cake Batter Muddy Buddies are a sweet and crunchy no-bake treat coated in creamy white chocolate, vanilla powdered sugar, almond extract and colorful sprinkles for the perfect birthday cake flavor.

Ingredients
- 18 oz Rice Chex Cereal Family Size Box
- 30 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 4 TBSP Salted Butter
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/2 Cups Whipzi Vanilla Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Pour 18 oz of Rice Chex cereal into a large bowl.
- Pour 30 ounces of white chocolate melting wafers into a medium heatproof bowl and set aside.
- Microwave and melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a small heat proof bowl.
- Stir 1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract directly into the melted butter before adding it to the 30 ounces of white chocolate melting wafers.
- Microwave the mixture in short 10 second intervals, stirring between each one, until the wafers are completely melted and smooth. About 30-40 seconds.
- Immediately pour the melted white chocolate mixture and sprinkles over the Rice Chex and gently toss until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle over 2 1/2 cups vanilla powdered sugar and toss again until well coated.
- Store in an airtight container.
