- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion Diced
- 4 15 oz Chili Beans
- 6 Cups Vegetable Juice i.e V8 Juice
- 1 TBSP Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Freshly Cracked
- Sliced Jalapenos
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Saltine Crackers
- Diced Onions
- Corn Chips
In a large pot over medium high heat brown ground beef and onions together for 4-5 minutes.
Drain off any excess grease.
Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Add in chili beans and vegetable juice. Stir together.
Bring the chili to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Make sure to stir intermittently while it is simmering.
Serve hot and top with your favorite toppings.
