Cranberry Snowballs

A sweet and sour treat that are more on the tangy side! Make them all holiday season long.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Fresh Cranberries
  • 12 oz Sprite Zero
  • 2 Cups Orange Juice
  • 4 Cups Powdered Sugar *Must be with Tapioca Starch

Method
 

  1. Pick out any soft or soggy cranberries.
  2. Wash cranberries with water and drain.
  3. Place cranberries in a large bowl and cover with Sprite Zero and orange juice.
  4. Cover and chill in refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
  5. Drain cranberries from liquid and pour into a clean bowl.
  6. Coat with powdered sugar. It's easiest to shake it covered in a bowl with a lid.
  7. Enjoy and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
