White Cheddar Cheese Ball
A simple, yet elegant appetizer to serve to your holiday guests. Made with cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and cream cheese and made in minutes!

Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 16 oz White Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of parmesan cheese onto a plate and set aside.
- In a bowl combine cream cheese, shredded white cheddar cheese, 1 cup parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder together until fully combined.
- Form the cheese mixture in a ball then roll it in the parmesan cheese until completely coated.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minute or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve with flavorful crackers.
