Banana Muffins with Chocolate Chips
Banana Muffins are soft and fluffy with a secret ingredient of sour cream! These can be made without chocolate chips, but why skip out?

- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups Mashed Ripe Bananas about 4 bananas
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
Sift flour, soda, and salt together and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar together.
Beat in eggs.
Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately, mixing well.
Stir in chocolate chips, bananas, and vanilla.
Fill cups 2⁄3 full and bake at 350°F for 18 minutes.
