Ingredients

  • 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Cups Mashed Ripe Bananas about 4 bananas
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Sift flour, soda, and salt together and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar together.
  • Beat in eggs.
  • Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately, mixing well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, bananas, and vanilla.
  • Fill cups 2⁄3 full and bake at 350°F for 18 minutes.
