- Sift flour, soda, and salt together and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar together.
- Beat in eggs.
- Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately, mixing well.
- Stir in chocolate chips, bananas, and vanilla.
- Fill cups 2⁄3 full and bake at 350°F for 18 minutes.
