Ingredients

  • 4 Pretzel Rolls or Buns
  • 6 TBSP Butter Softened
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Freshly Grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl combine butter, mayo, garlic, salt and parsley until well incorporated.
  • Mix in cheeses and stir to combine.
  • Cut an x into the top of each pretzel bun going most through, but not all the way to the bottom.
  • Place each bun onto a square of foil and gently wrap up the sides. This will help hold in the filling.
  • Divide cheese mixture into 4ths and fill in the cuts of the bun.
  • Loosely cover the buns and place onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Pull open each foil and bake uncovered for 2-5 minutes until lightly golden and melted.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
