
Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread
A copy cat version of the most sought after Disneyland snack!

Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 Pretzel Rolls or Buns
- 6 TBSP Butter Softened
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly Grated
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Freshly Grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl combine butter, mayo, garlic, salt and parsley until well incorporated.
- Mix in cheeses and stir to combine.
- Cut an x into the top of each pretzel bun going most through, but not all the way to the bottom.
- Place each bun onto a square of foil and gently wrap up the sides. This will help hold in the filling.
- Divide cheese mixture into 4ths and fill in the cuts of the bun.
- Loosely cover the buns and place onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Pull open each foil and bake uncovered for 2-5 minutes until lightly golden and melted.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
