I might be the only one who has ever done this, but I wanted to quit before I even started. My fitness journey is long overdue and I’ll be forever grateful for the very first moment I stepped into @movarafitnessresort . Having a chronic illness for more than half my life has always left me in pain, or healing from surgeries to help relieve me from that pain. So much so I had to get my colon removed a few years ago. I knew I was capable of hard things, but this was a whole new level of a mental and physical game I had never played before and it made me nervous.
