I might be the only one who has ever done this, but

I wanted to quit before I even started.

My fitness journey is long overdue and I’ll be forever grateful for the very first moment I stepped into @movarafitnessresort .

Having a chronic illness for more than half my life has always left me in pain, or healing from surgeries to help relieve me from that pain. So much so I had to get my colon removed a few years ago.

I knew I was capable of hard things, but this was a whole new level of a mental and physical game I had never played before and it made me nervous.

Happy to report that it’s been 6 weeks since my full week at Movara and I’m still going strong on my goals!!

It was the jumping off point I needed to discover the confidence that was there all along.

I bake my bacon squares on 375 for 15 minutes. Then flip over and back for another 10-15 minutes depending on how crispy you like it.

It’s pretty self contained and is the easiest to clean up. Just leave a few (or a lot) of @hersheys snack size chocolates in the sun for a few minutes and drizzle over anything!!
