3 Healthy On The Go Snacks
My blog typically isn’t the place that you come to find healthy recipes. Not that every recipe I share is complete comfort food, but it is nice and refreshing to come up new ways to eat more fruits and veggies. Especially when they are fun on the go snacks in an adorable mason jar!
I’ve been trying to keep my boys busy since the summer has started and sometimes that means that we are out and about. With the Texas heat we do try to stay in doors or by the poolside. I pack some snacks for my boys, but it’s also great to have some “mom snacks” on hand for me!
These 3 On The Go jars are a great variety of yummy and healthy snacks that I can keep on hand for a few days and really only take just a few minutes to assemble.
I’ve got a cooling Yogurt and Fruit Parfait with Granola. All Natural Peanut Butter with Pretzel Chips and Banana Chips. And Spicy Hummus with Celery and Carrots.
All of these are totally customizable to your own tastes. Make a few at the beginning of the week and you are set to go!
