Beef and Broccoli Noodles

The main reason why this recipe is so simple is because I use THESE NOODLES. You may be able to find them in your local store, but I get mine online.

Ingredients

  • 4 packets Momofuku Soy Scallion Ramen Noodles Cooked to package directions
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 3 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 Cup Teriyaki Sauce I like Veri Teriyakyi

Instructions

  • Microwave broccoli for 3 minutes and set aside.
  • In a bowl, break up ground beef and mix in baking soda and cornstarch.
  • Heat up 1 TBSP neutral oil in large sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Brown ground beef in a large pan.
  • While beef is cooking, prepare noodles according directions.
  • Once beef is cooked through and noodles are cooked, drain noodles and pour into large pan with the beef.
  • Add in sauces and dried scallions and stir to coat.
  • Toss in broccoli and serve.
  • *You can add in more teriyaki sauce if you want.
