Am I the only one who thinks a pecan pie is completely ruined when the ratio of pecans less than to gooey filling? Like, give me more pecans! Have you ever had the thought of why haven’t I done this sooner? It may seem like a lot of bacon, buts 2 1/2 strips per “patty”. About the same as you would put on a sandwich or burger. And this way the bacon isn’t falling out everywhere with each bite. Comment BACON and I’ll send you the info.
