Potsticker Salad is one of those meals that comes together in under 30 minutes and a wonderful option for lunch or dinner! It includes frozen potstickers from the freezer section, shaved cabbage, grated carrots, thinly sliced green onion and chopped fresh cilantro. What brings it all together is a toasted sesame dressing.
Many people I know work from home, or are busy parents who need a quick easy to come together meal after school pick up. Or maybe you live alone or might be empty nesters. One of the main reasons I love this recipe is you can make it as small or big as you need. My Chicken Taquitos is another good recipe to make when you are in a pinch. We like to serve ours with Creamy Jalapeno Dip. If you have an Instant Pot you should make these BBQ Chicken Sliders as a quick meal.

How To Make Potsticker Salad
- Cook potstickers according to the package directions. (Pan-fried for crispy edges is our favorite, but steamed or boiled work too.)
- While the potstickers cook, prep your veggies and add them to a large mixing bowl.
- Once the potstickers are done, add them hot to the bowl with the veggies.
- Drizzle with toasted sesame dressing and toss until everything is well coated.
- Finish with a drizzle of chili oil if you like a little spice.
Serve immediately while the potstickers are warm. You could also chill it for a cold salad that’s just as delicious and perfect for meal prep.

Tips & Variations

- Add Crunch: Toss in roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, or crispy wonton strips.
- Make It a Meal: Serve over rice or quinoa for extra heartiness.
- Meal Prep Friendly: Keep the veggies and potstickers separate until serving, then toss with dressing when ready to eat.
