How To Make A Salad with Gorgonzola, Walnuts and Craisins
- In a medium skillet heat together walnuts and sugar over medium low heat.
- Stirring constantly toast walnuts until the sugar melts and coats the nuts. About 4-5 minutes.
- Pour onto a plate to cool completely.

- Place clean spring mix in a large bowl.
- Crumble gorgonzola over the top of lettuce.

Ingredients
- 24 oz Spring Lettuce Mix
- 12 oz Walnut Halves
- 2 TBSP Granulated Sugar
- 8 oz Gorgonzola
- 1 Cup Cherry Juiced Infused Dry Cranberries
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Glaze
