Mint Muddy Buddies take just a few minutes to make. A crunchy, mint chocolate snack that no one can resist! Made with Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips you can find in the baking aisle next to the chocolate chips. You will also need to add in some dark chocolate and I really like using the big chocolate bar from Trader Joe’s. Just make sure to cut it really small. You can use a serrated knife to make it easier. Regular chocolate chips works great, too!
Peppermint recipes just might be my speciality! This recipe for my Peppermint Chip Shake just might be better than the original at Chick-fil-a. If you are more of a baked treat type of person you’ll want to make these Chocolate Peppermint Patty Cookies. You could also bake up a perfect batch of Peppermint Bark Cookies or some Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels.

Chocolate Snack
Unless you are allergic to peanut butter, I don’t know of a single person who can resist muddy buddies. Some may call it puppy chow, too!

We are absolutely loving this mint version and it’s just as easy to make.
